Meet Rachel

Having spent many years living at a fast pace, constantly striving for the next thing while feeling increasingly overwhelmed and disconnected, a series of personal challenges led Rachel to explore a different way of living and relating to herself.
She spent three and a half years living in South-East Asia, immersing herself in holistic practices and deepening her understanding of the mind-body connection. This experience, alongside extensive professional training in Somatic Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Reiki and Counselling, helped shape the work she offers today.
At the heart of Rachel’s approach is a belief in the importance of compassion, connection and creating space for meaningful, lasting change.
Drawing on her own lived experience, Rachel is also passionate about supporting those affected by addiction, challenging the stigma surrounding recovery and encouraging more open, compassionate conversations.
Today, she offers a warm, grounded and non-judgemental space where others can slow down, reconnect with themselves and build a more compassionate relationship with who they are.
Her work is not just about navigating life's challenges, but about rediscovering joy, embracing new possibilities and creating a life that feels empowering, fulfilling, and truly their own.
