Rachel's Story
For decades I was unable to live comfortably in the present moment. As a young adult I was the classic work-hard, play-hard girl - driven, ambitious, and always chasing the next thing.

For too long I denied there was a problem, but beneath the surface I was masking a lot of pain. My patterns of escaping and disconnecting were simply my body’s intelligent way of protecting me from what felt too hard to face. I didn’t have the tools to process my emotions or feel safe in my body, and peace always seemed out of reach.

A series of traumatic events became the catalyst for a profound healing journey that reshaped my life and purpose. I went on to study Holistic Sound Therapy, Reiki, Somatic Coaching, and Counselling to offer a compassionate space for others to heal.

Now, as a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, I use breathwork as a primary tool to help others reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and rediscover peace and vitality. Sound, Reiki, and somatic practices continue to weave through my sessions, offering a deeply holistic approach.

Additionally, having experienced the pain of addiction and the freedom of sobriety, I use my voice to advocate for those still suffering in silence and to challenge the stigma surrounding recovery.
