Story

For many years I was unable to live comfortably in the present moment.  I worked very hard to 'achieve' in all areas of my life, however was masking a lot of pain, was often stressed and things just felt more difficult than they needed to be.

After a series of traumatic events led me to my own healing journey, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to this work.  I spent the following years studying and qualifying in areas such as Holistic Sound Therapy, Polyphonic Overtone Singing, Reiki, Integrative Trauma, Somatic Coaching and Counselling to ensure I was best placed to hold a safe and loving space for those I worked with.

I am also an advocate for addiction.  As someone who struggled for years with destructive coping mechanisms and addictive behaviours I eventually hit my own rock-bottom and now live a life committed to my sobriety.  Whilst this is just a part of my story, it is and will always be a very important one, so whenever possible I use my voice to represent those who are suffering in silence because of the stigma attached to the condition.
