The Sound & Somatics Method

The Sound & Somatics Method is my signature therapeutic approach.

Each 90-minute session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotional tension, and move towards a more peaceful, balanced state.

We begin with Somatic (body-based) coaching, and may use breath, movement, sound, supportive language, and gentle touch to meet what’s present in the body. These techniques can help discharge arrested ('anxious', 'stuck') energy and release tension - supporting a return to ease.

 

Many of the practices we explore are ones that you can continue to use outside of sessions, helping build confidence in your own capacity to self-regulate and stay connected.  

The second part of the session includes Sound Therapy and/or Reiki — to deepen the experience and support integration on a nervous system level.  I designed this layered approach to create space for both release and restoration, helping you come back to yourself with more softness, clarity, and a sense of inner safety.
