Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan.

 

It works by channeling universal life force energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

 

During a Reiki session, I use touch or work just above the body to help clear energetic blockages and encourage a sense of deep calm.

Reiki is especially helpful for softening physical tension, soothing emotional stress, and quieting the mind. Many clients experience a gentle unwinding, as if layers of stress and resistance are melting away.

 

This softening creates space for greater ease, clarity, and a renewed sense of well-being—helping you feel more open, grounded, and receptive to life.
