Breathwork, Sound & Reiki Immersion (2 hours)

This deeply nourishing two-hour immersion is for those wishing to experience the soothing, restorative benefits of Therapeutic Sound & Reiki alongside Conscious Connected Breathwork.
At the heart of the session is Breathwork - opening the doorway to expanded awareness, emotional release, and deeper self-connection. From here, the journey flows in to Reiki and/or Therapeutic Sound, supporting deeper rest & integration.
This journey offers a profound opportunity for healing, rest and reconnection, all held in a compassionate, non-judgmental space while honouring your unique process.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (90 minutes)
Sound Therapy / Reiki (1 hour)

For those seeking a more passive session, resulting in deep rest and recalibration - Rachel offers limited standalone Sound and/or Reiki sessions each month.
Sound Therapy uses tibetan, crystal bowls, chimes, and therapeutic percussion to create soothing vibrations that guide the body and mind into harmony. These frequencies calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural return to balance and flow.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to the body, supporting its innate ability to heal. It can help to ease emotional tension, restore a healthy energy flow and deeper sense of peace and grounding.
Both practices invite stillness, presence, and renewal - ideal for those seeking a nurturing reset or ongoing energetic maintenance for body and mind.
