Initial 1:1 Consultation (90 minutes) £110

In this foundational session we will explore your unique needs, patterns, and challenges. Through a guided somatic meditation, you'll connect with what your life could look and feel like 6–12 months from now, using visualisation and somatic techniques to help you embody the possibility of change.

We'll discuss and explore a path forward that honours your pace and feels aligned with where you are now. We finish with Reiki - to allow any insights and shifts to settle and integrate somatically.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a felt experience of what working together could offer.

 

Ongoing Support - a phased approach

Sessions take place in blocks of 4.  This allows space to build consistency, and honours the fact that deeper transformation happens over time.

 

In-between sessions

Exercises are provided for you to practice. Change happens through repetition, and building small practices over time. Your gentle commitment with my support, outside of our time together, is key to help deepen your progress.

THE JOURNEY 
Phase 1: Grounding & Safety (Foundation)

We begin by building connection, exploring your nervous system and practices that can slowly help to soften tension and cultivate a sense of inner safety.

 

This phase focuses on:

-Grounding and stabilisation

-Nervous system awareness & education  

-Cultivating emotional safety in the body

-Compassionate somatic awareness & meditation techniques

-Sound Therapy and Reiki used in each session for integration

Phase 2: Pattern Awareness & Deepening Self-Connection

Once safety begins to build, we gently explore what sits underneath your survival responses.

 

This may include:

-Recognising survival patterns

-Understanding emotional coping strategies

-Working with shame and self-blame

-Introducing more active somatic practices & Conscious Connected Breathwork (when appropriate)

-Deeper somatic processing

 

We are guided by your body and nervous system every step of the way.

Phase 3:  Integration & Embodiment

This is where change becomes lived experience.

What this looks like:

-Feeling less anxious & overwhelmed

-Responding rather than reacting

-Trusting yourself more deeply

-Intuitively knowing how to bring yourself back to calm during challenging moments

-Holding yourself with compassion

-Setting boundaries with more ease

-Feeling more present in your body and life

 

From here healing becomes something you live, and not something you’re constantly trying to do.
