Somatic Coaching 

When guiding my clients through Somatic Coaching,  they explore and describe their experience using the Language of Sensation, shifting focus from the mind’s stories to what’s happening in the body right now. This practice helps loosen the grip of old beliefs and patterns, allowing for release and transformation without needing to revisit every detail of the past.

We use a blend of somatic exploration, movement, breath, sound, touch, and supportive words to bring emotional material to the surface and support its release.

 

Through guided meditation, compassionate questioning, and a variety of somatic exercises, clients are empowered to discover their own ways of letting go, based on their intuition and unique needs.

​

Regular somatic practices support a deeper connection to the body, greater resilience, and a more grounded, empowered way of moving through life’s challenges.
