Somatic Coaching 

Somatic Coaching offers a powerful, body-based alternative to traditional talk therapy, which generally focuses on the mind and its stories.

It’s especially supportive for those who have spent years talking through their struggles, whether in therapy or not, yet still feel stuck or unable to move forward and know there is something deeper to explore and release.

​

Through Somatic Coaching, clients learn to explore and express their inner world using the Language of Sensation, shifting attention from mental narratives to the body’s present-moment experience.

​

This embodied approach gently loosens the grip of old beliefs and patterns, allowing release and transformation without the need to revisit every detail of the past.

Sessions combine somatic exploration, movement, breath, sound, touch, and supportive words to gently surface and release held emotions.  â€‹Through this, clients can reconnect with the body’s natural ability to let go, heal, and restore balance - cultivating resilience, presence, and a grounded way of meeting life’s challenges.
